BISTEC MH is a meeting of minds; its journey began in 2018 when the first Accounting Team Member Started. Since then, we have grown to have more than 30 Accounting and Bookkeeping staff.
Our team is based in the Colombo CBD (Fort), but we also have offices in Brisbane and Sydney.
Our uncompromising focus is on providing our clients with quality work and quality people. We put our money where our mouth is and do not charge exit fees or hold bonds over our clients. Our team also loves working at BISTEC MH; we have among the highest staff retention rates in the industry. While most companies face constant churn, a large portion of our staff has been around since the beginning.
Pubudu Hagoda
Director
Pubudu is a Finance professional and offshore solution provider with accounting & taxation experience with over 12 years. He has been engaging in the Australian BPO Practice for the past seven years. He has extensive expertise in evaluating internal controls, preparing financial statements and handling corporate & individual tax returns. He has demonstrated strong leadership skills in managing teams and fostering client relationships.
Currently, he is leading the operations at BISTEC MH, providing outsourcing solutions to accounting firms & SMEs in Australia. He plans and prioritises client workflows to ensure they meet expectations, deadlines, and priorities.
He is a passed finalist of CA Sri Lanka & Associate Member of AAT Sri Lanka & IPA Australia.
Isaac Mcswan
Director
Isaac is an Accountant based in Brisbane. His focus is on improving the overall quality of training of staff within the team as well as being the bridge between clients and Bistec. He owns a boutique firm based in the Brisbane CBD and brings the client’s perspective to Bistec MH.
Aside from Accounting and Accounting Offshoring, Isaac’s big hobbies are Board Game creation, Chess and work within social organisations in Australia.
Johann De Cruz
CEO
Johann has over 22+ years of experience leading offshore agile software and IT services teams that are spread across the globe. He holds multi-faceted management responsibilities including strategy formulation, IT and software project management, HR, operations and financial management, organizational policy formulation, ISO 27001, 9000 and CMMI process consultancy and software product development.
He graduated from the Manchester Metropolitan University in London and holds an MBA from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.
Anuradha Gajanayaka

Anuradha has more than 20+ years of experience in leading software development teams across the globe in delivering software products. He specializes in identifying software product development strategies & scaling software development teams. He is a certified Scaled Agile Framework consultant (SPC) & also a PMP.
Anuradha has co-authored the concept of “offshore 3.0” which is being discussed as a leading model in software offshoring.
Having graduated from the University of Peradeniya with a 1st class in the field of production engineering in 2003, he has an advanced diploma in management accounting from CIMA (UK) & a post graduate diploma in software engineering from BCS (UK).

In 2006, Marlon co-founded a company in Australia and within 10 years took it from zero to a multimillion-dollar, multinational organization with over 100 employees. It was later sold to a public listed company for an 8-figure number.
Marlon now dedicates his time and energy to helping other businesses achieve results such as removing pain points, creating an awesome culture, maximizing profit margins and creating and maintaining a customer experience that wows.

Buddhima Wickramasinghe

Over 15+ years of experience in software development and solution design. He is technically leading software development teams with a strong and effective skill set developed through various projects in many business domains.
He is competent and experienced in Solution analysis, Defining system architecture, Agile software development, SCRUM, align teams with Architecture design and best practices. ALM, Continuous Integration, Cloud Architecture, Microservices Architecture, DevOps
Buddhima has extensive experience in defining IT solutions based on customer requirements. He has been involved in the full development life cycle and leads System Designers, Tech Leads, Team Leads, BI Engineers, DBAs, Developers, System Engineers and QC to ensure the business requirements are delivered.
He holds an MSc in Information technology.
Sanjaya Kasthuri Arachchi

Over 22+ years of experience in software development services. He leads software development teams with a strong and effective skill set developed through various projects in many business domains.
He is competent and experienced with project planning, execution, monitoring and resource balancing skills, with the ability to lead multiple/simultaneous projects.
He is involved in projects from inception to roll-out and scale-up. He has provided his services on-site for customers in Norway, the United Kingdom and Qatar.
He holds an MSc in Project Management from Asia e University, Malaysia.
